Jorge: Let's say you want to sample some Cuban food, but you're not sure what you want.
Glenn: Let's say you find the menu at most Cuban restaurants intimidating.
Raúl: Let's say you're on your way home (or back to your hotel room) after a long day at the beach.
Jorge: Hey, let's stop saying all these things and tell everyone where to go.
Raúl: Yes, before they tell US where we can go.
Jorge: OK, if you're unsure of what to order or just in a hurry to eat, go to a place where you can actually look at the food.
Glenn: They let you wander into the kitchen?
Jorge: No, I'm talking about Blue Sky Food by the Pound -- a great place to get Cuban food to go. All of the items are right there behind the counter where you just need to pick out the things that look the tastiest. Try out that high school Spanish, speak your everyday English, or just point.

Raúl: Everything here is good. I love it!
Glenn: I love the smell when you step in through the door.
Jorge: Just to get you started, I'll fill you in on some of my favorites. First, you have to get some maduros (sweet plantain). For rice, get the moros y cristianos or the Imperial Rice.
Glenn: They make a very good Imperial Rice. With all of the chicken in that rice, it's a meal in itself.

Jorge: For meat, the lechón asado is excellent, very tender. They also have several good styles of chicken. And the boliche (Cuban pot roast) is usually good here.
Glenn: You can find Blue Sky's all over Miami.
Jorge: And we're not talking about the weather.
