Glenn Lindgren: There are a few places in Miami where we like to go, but we don't like anyone else to know about it.
Jorge Castillo: We're not talking about anyplace that would hurt our reputations or get us arrested!
Raúl Musibay: No, it's nothing as exciting as that. What we're talking about are a few of our favorite little hole-in-the-wall places.
Glenn Lindgren: These places usually have two things in common: plenty of customers and not enough tables.
Jorge Castillo: We are reluctant to talk about these places because if they get any more popular than they already are, we'll never get a table!
Glenn Lindgren: One of these places is a little Argentinean grill called Che Tito's and if you promise to keep it to yourself, we'll give you all the details.
Jorge Castillo: We're not sure if Che Tito's serves the best steak in Miami, but this is the place we go when we want a great steak.
Raúl Musibay: Many people come here for the pizza, and it looks and smells great.
Glenn Lindgren: However, we've never been able to resist the tantalizing slabs of beef prepared just behind the bar on a simple grill.
Raúl Musibay: So OK, we have never had the pizza here. Maybe one of these day we'll get one "to go."
Glenn Lindgren: What we do get is the churrasco de entraña -- our favorite cut of beef for steaks. Yes, it's the long, thin cut from the plate of the cow.
Raúl Musibay: Also known as skirt steak.
Jorge Castillo: There is nothing fancy about Che Tito's, but the steaks are prepared to your liking and are always so tender and flavorful.
Glenn Lindgren: Splash on some chimichurri and there just isn't any excuse for side dishes or dessert. You will be in red meat eaters heaven.
Jorge Castillo: If you have someone in your entourage who just won't eat red meat...
Glenn Lindgren: And why are you hanging around with people like that anyway?
Jorge Castillo: ... they will be delighted with the grilled chicken breast here.
Glenn Lindgren: Those from the North with a desire for familiar cow cuts, might want to try the sirloin steak or rib eye.
Raúl Musibay: But take our word for it, the churrasco is the way to go.
Jorge Castillo: Che Tito's also features several Italian dishes including spaghetti and meatballs and chicken fettuccine Alfredo.
Glenn Lindgren: Again, we have never been able to pull ourselves away from the steaks long enough to try them.
Jorge Castillo: For dessert if you dare, they make a great panqueque con dulce de leche -- a thin crepe with caramel filling.
Glenn Lindgren: Che Tito's is tucked so severely into the corner of a Miami strip mall that even when you know where it is, it's still hard to find.
Jorge Castillo: Use the map link below to get you in the right neighborhood. Then look for the big pet food store that dwarfs Che Tito's next door.
Raúl Musibay: And remember, this place is our little secret!
