Glenn Lindgren: We were one of the first shows to tape in the United States for his show, "Tyler's Ultimate."
Raúl Musibay: Our episode is called the "Ultimate Paella."
Jorge Castillo: Before they came to Miami, they were in Spain taping someone cooking a Spanish-style paella. The three-person crew was from London.
Raúl Musibay: The Food Network wants the show to look British.
Glenn Lindgren: Then the British television crew flew to South Florida for two long days of taping at Jorge's house and locations around Miami.
Raúl Musibay: It's a lot of work.
Glenn Lindgren: This time so they could get all of their close-ups!
Jorge Castillo: The last scene is filmed at Tyler's apartment in Manhattan, where he makes a paella with a few twists of his own, applying the things he learned on his trip.
Raúl Musibay: Tyler Florence is a very nice guy. He is a gentleman.
Raúl Musibay: He is a very good looking guy.
Jorge Castillo: We had a great time with the crew, comparing British English and American English. They were very interested in learning more about American culture, and not just the stuff they see on TV.
Glenn Lindgren: Tyler is a great guy, very friendly. As a professional chef, we're sure he could have told us several things that we do wrong in the kitchen, but he was very cool and laid back about everything.
Glenn Lindgren: We shot the final scene on the evening of the second day. We invited over several family members and friends for a big paella feast by the pool in Jorge's backyard.
Jorge Castillo: When Tyler tasted our paella, he said "This is great, you guys are awesome!"
Glenn Lindgren: If you look – and listen – really carefully, you can hear Raúl on the program saying "Hey Jorge, Glenn..." and you can see him taking a big bite of paella.
Raúl Musibay: You better be quick, because it goes by really fast.

Raúl Musibay: I'd love to take all the guys from England out on a fishing trip in the Keys.
