Glenn Lindgren: The Exquisito Restaurant started out as a small, four-table cafeteria next to the Tower Theater. It now seats 75 with a menu featuring some of the best tamales and masitas de puerco (pork chunks) in town.
Jorge Castillo: Exquisito offers an extensive Cuban menu and also maintains an informal gallery of local artists, whose artwork decorates the walls.
Raúl Musibay: El Exquisito reminds me of several small restaurants I remember from Cuba. T
Glenn Lindgren: The prices are very reasonable. They have just about every Cuban Sandwich (Cubano) ever invented. I especially like the croquetas preparadas and the papa rellena preparada. Get a sandwich and an order of freshly fried tostones, and you have a great lunch.
